What is Help Desk?
Help Desk is an open-source alternative to Zendesk and Freshdesk. Answer customer requests as a team in a shared ticket inbox with public replies and internal notes, publish a branded help centre with knowledge-base articles, automate with macros and triggers, and track service level targets and satisfaction.
