What is Tasks?

Tasks keeps your to-dos in Today, Upcoming, Lists, Calendar and Logbook views. Give tasks notes, due dates and times, four priority levels and subtask checklists, set them to repeat, and share lists with others. On a phone you get a tab bar and a floating add button.

Key features

  • Today, Upcoming, Lists, Calendar and Logbook views
  • Due dates and times, four priority levels and subtasks
  • Recurring tasks and reminders
  • Coloured lists with icons, drag to reorder
  • Shared lists published as live, read-only links
